At BUCKETSQUAD CLOTHING, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original, unwashed items back into their packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
